that you are bidding on in
detail; all items are sold "as is
where is" with no warranties
or guarantees. Where

Certificate of Authenticity
accompanies all signed
memorabilia, however, the
organizers are not
responsible for lost or
misplaced certificates.

All items purchased MUST be
paid for immediately by Visa,
Mastercard, American
Express, interac or
pre-approved cheque. To
receive pre-approval please
ask to speak with
Andrew Grose.

Please pay close attention to
all announcements from the
block. Our auctioneer and or
clerk will provide as detailed
an explanation as is available
to us of any terms or condition
related to the items and/or the
manner in which they will be
sold. Ringmen and volunteers
do not have any knowledge of
these items and any remarks
made by them will not be
considered binding on the
organizers of the event.

At the sole discretion of the
auctioneer any item listed in
this book may be put up for
sale in any order
what-so-ever. This book is a
guide and is not meant to
guarantee the order items will
be sold tonight.
The organizers reserve the
right to sell any silent auction
item in the live auction once
the bid on a silent auction item
has reached $1000.

Any disagreements, missed
bids, false bids, confusions or
misunderstandings will be
resolved immediately at the
sole discretion of the
auctioneer. If you have an
issue at any time, bring it
immediately to the attention of
a ringman. Once an item is
declared sold, only the
auctioneer can choose to
re-open the bidding to resolve
a dispute. Please bid loudly
and clearly. We do not want to
miss your bids.

Only registered bidders can
bid.

You will be asked to sign a
form acknowledging your
successful bid.

All items purchased at the
benefit must be paid for and
removed that same night with
the exception of the car (item
52). Special terms apply to this
item. The organizers will
maintain control of the car
until all funds regardless of
type have been declared
cleared by our financial
institution.

There may be both absentee
and phone bids in this sale
and the auctioneer will
announce when we have
either.

You may donate an item back
to the benefit at any time. You
will receive a general receipt
for the reasonable
replacement cost of the item
within a month of the sale. No
receipts will be issued for
items purchased and kept.

Items indicated as being sold
"On Choice" will be announced
from the block. The winning
bidder will have the choice of
which item he wishes to
purchase or will be given the
opportunity to take all of the
items choiced together "times
the money." Bidder down will
then be given his or her
choice of remaining items at
the money bid by the high
bidder once again "times the
money" if he or she chooses
to take more than one. When
high bidder and bidder down
have chosen their items the
items will then be offered to
the entire room at the money
bid by high bidder. If any items
remain the item will then be
re-auctioned or withdrawn at
the discretion of the benefit
organizers.

Once sold the benefit
organizers are no longer
responsible for any damage to
any items. While we will take
reasonable measures to wrap
your purchases for transport
and guard against theft any

sole responsibility of the
buyer and the benefit
organizers will not accept any
responsibility for damage or
theft what-so-ever.
