SILENT AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please be aware that while we make every effort to describe and/or authenticate the items that you are bidding on in detail; all items are sold "as is where is" with no warranties or guarantees. Where provided to the organizers a Certificate of Authenticity accompanies all signed memorabilia, however, the organizers are not responsible for lost or misplaced certificates. All items purchased MUST be paid for immediately by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, interac or pre-approved cheque. To receive pre-approval please ask to speak with Andrew Grose. The organizers reserve the right to sell any silent auction item in the live auction once the bid on a silent auction item has reached $1000. Please note that each silent auction item has a minimum bid. We ask that your bids be in increments of no less than $10 under $500 and $25 over $500. |
